You must be at least 18 to place an order. The product is recommended for ages 4 and up. Adult supervision recommended for kids under 4 โ small parts, choking hazard.
Estimated ship dates are estimates. We email tracking when your order leaves the warehouse. Lost or damaged shipments โ let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll fix it.
30-day returns, no questions asked. Decks must be returnable (we'll cover the obvious โ opening the box doesn't void it). Email hello@squirrelsquad.com to start a return.
All content, art, characters, rules, and trademarks ("Squirrel Squad", the squirrel-and-grump artwork, etc.) belong to Squirrel Squad LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, or make derivative products without written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing of game photos and reviews is encouraged.
Don't use the site to break the law, harm us or other users, scrape at scale, or interfere with how the site works.
If you send us reviews, photos, suggestions, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for our marketing and product purposes. You confirm you have the rights to do so. Don't submit anything that's not yours or that includes other people's kids without consent.
Outside of any explicit warranty in your order or applicable consumer-protection law, the site and the product are provided "as is". We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or a product is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by your local consumer-protection law.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
